Exercise and hair

Are you about to go to the gym for a workout? Don't know how to keep your hair looking decent.. Some tips from Allure magazine and from Julien Farel Official Stylist of the U.S. Open.

If you want your hair to stay dry put it in a pony tail at the level of your ear  or above. The higher that your hair will stay dry.

Whenever you excuse make you keep your hair off your face  and make because the sweat will make it stick to your face and look bad.


If you have layered hair the best thing  you can do at the crown of your hair using the shorter pieces and make a very tight French braid. After you braid all your hair above your ears then put your hair into a ponytail another braid  that is a regular braid for the ends.

If you want your hair to look great afterwards using a snag free elastic  and pull your hair with a ponytail. When you are finished with your workout  then unbraid your hair then with your hairdryer put it on your hairline with a cool setting on cool.
